Talk to the AI Coach or send a photo
Speak your question to the Fit+ AI Coach instead of typing, or attach a photo of a meal or an exercise.
You don't have to type. You can speak your question to the AI Coach, or add a photo and ask about it.
Speak your question
In the AI Coach, tap the microphone next to the message field. Voice mode opens and starts listening.
Speak your question. Your words appear on screen as you talk. Listening stops after a few seconds of silence.
Tap Stop and send to send what you said.
Other buttons in voice mode:
- Listen again: start over and speak again.
- Type instead: close voice mode. Anything already heard is sent too.
- X (top left): close voice mode without sending anything.
Only the text of what you said is sent, never the recording. The AI Coach replies in text; it doesn't speak its answers.
The first time, your phone asks to use the microphone and speech recognition. If you said no, voice mode shows "Speech recognition is off". On iPhone, tap Open Settings to turn access back on.
Ask about a photo
In the AI Coach, tap + next to the message field and choose a photo from your library.
Check the preview above the message field. Tap the remove button if you picked the wrong one.
Add a question if you like, for example "Is this a good post-workout meal?", then tap send.
If you send a photo without a question, the AI Coach explains what it sees in relation to your goals.
The AI Coach can describe food and exercise in a photo, but it can't tell your body fat, diagnose an injury or judge your health from a picture.
Common questions
Photos need to be smaller than 3 MB. Try a different photo or a screenshot of it.
Not yet. Take the photo with your camera first, then choose it from your library.
No. It only sees a photo in the message you send it with. Attach it again if you have a follow-up question.
No. The photo is used to answer that one message and isn't kept.
Yes. Each one counts as one message, the same as a typed question.
