Your weekly check-in

Each Sunday, see how your week went and choose whether to use new daily targets. If a nutritionist set your plan, they approve the change first.

Once you've set a nutrition goal, Fit+ looks back at your week every Sunday. It compares what you ate with how your weight moved, works out the energy you really use, and suggests targets for the week ahead. Nothing changes until you choose.

Open your check-in

  • The first time you open Fit+ on a Sunday (or later that week), your check-in opens on its own.
  • Any time, tap the Weekly check-in card on Fuel. When new targets are waiting, it says Your check-in is ready.

Tap Later to close it and come back another time.

Read your check-in

Your targets for this week shows:

  • Your energy use: about how much energy you use a day, and how it changed since last week. It's worked out from what you logged and your weight trend, not from your watch.
  • New daily targets: calories, protein, carbs and fat for the week ahead, next to your current ones.
  • Your pace this week: how fast your weight trend moved compared with your goal, and how much more or less to eat a day to close the gap. If you're on track, it says so, and when you're on pace it shows around when you'll reach your goal weight.

Choose your targets

Read your check-in.

Tap Use new targets to switch to the suggested targets, or Keep my current targets to stay as you are.

The Weekly check-in card on Fuel then shows what you chose, and Next check-in on Sunday.

If a nutritionist set your plan

A nutritionist's plan always wins over suggestions, so your check-in doesn't change it by itself.

Tap Use new targets. This asks your nutritionist to approve them.

Fuel shows Waiting for your nutritionist. Your plan stays exactly as it is until they answer.

You get a notification with their answer:

  • approved your new targets: your daily targets are updated.
  • kept your current targets: nothing changes this week.

Your nutritionist may add a note, which you'll see in your check-in.

Not enough data

A check-in needs a full picture of your week. Log food on at least 4 of the 7 days and weigh in at least twice. If you didn't, you'll see Not enough data this week, with how many days you logged and how often you weighed in. Your targets stay the same, and next Sunday's check-in tries again.

Check-ins work best when you log most days. Days you don't log make it look as if you ate less than you did.
