Your nutrition goal and weekly check-in

Choose to lose fat, maintain or build muscle at a pace you pick, and let your weekly check-in adjust your daily targets.

No nutritionist yet? Set a goal and Fit+ works out your daily calories and macros from your weight trend. Every Sunday, a check-in compares what you ate with how your trend moved and suggests new targets.

You'll find both in the Goal & check-in card on the Nutrition page.

If a nutritionist set your plan, their targets always apply while it's active. Your goal and pace are kept, and your nutritionist can see them.

Before you start

Add a weigh-in. Fit+ works out your targets from your weight trend, so you need at least one. See Track your weight.

Set your goal

Select Set a goal

It's in the Goal & check-in card. Already have a goal? Select Goal & pace to change it.

Choose what you're working toward

Pick Lose fat, Maintain or Build muscle.

Choose your goal weight

For Lose fat or Build muscle, set the Goal weight in your units. Fit+ shows your current trend weight next to it. To lose fat, choose a goal below your trend. To build muscle, choose one above it.

Choose your pace

Pick Relaxed, Standard or Faster, or type an exact Pace per week within the range shown.

Check your targets

Under About, you'll see your daily calories, protein, carbs and fat, and roughly when you'll reach your goal weight.

Select Save goal

You'll see "Goal saved". Your targets appear on the Nutrition page.

Your weekly check-in

Each Sunday, when your check-in is ready, the card shows Check-in ready. Select Open check-in.

You'll see:

  • Your energy use: how much you really use each day, worked out from what you logged and how your weight trend moved. It doesn't come from your watch.
  • Whether you're on pace, and how many calories more or less a day would close the gap.
  • New daily targets: your current calories, protein, carbs and fat next to the new ones.

Then choose:

  • Use new targets: they start today.
  • Keep my current targets: nothing changes this week.
  • Later: decide another time.

Next Sunday's check-in looks again.

If your nutritionist set your plan, they approve the change first. You'll see Waiting for your nutritionist until they approve the new targets or keep your current ones. Until then, your current targets stay.
