Your recipes
Add a recipe from a link or type one in, let Fit+ work out each serving, and log the servings you had.
Cook the same dishes often? Save them as recipes. Fit+ adds up the ingredients and works out the numbers for one serving, so logging dinner is one click.
To open your recipes, select Nutrition in the sidebar, then Recipes. Each recipe shows how many servings it makes, and the calories and protein in one serving.
Add a recipe from a link
Found a recipe on a website? Paste the link and Fit+ reads the ingredients for you.
Select Add from a link
Add a recipe opens.
Paste the link
Paste the recipe page's address in Recipe link, then select Read the recipe. You'll see how many ingredients Fit+ found.
Check each ingredient
Fit+ matches every ingredient to the Fit+ food database and shows the line from the page next to it. For each one, check the match and its grams, then tick Looks right. If the match is wrong, select Change food or Find in database, or Type numbers yourself.
Check the servings
Under Makes, set how many servings the whole recipe makes. Fit+ divides the totals by this number.
Select Save recipe
You'll see "Recipe saved". The button works once every ingredient is checked and has its numbers.
Cups, spoons and pieces are estimates. Check the grams for those ingredients before you tick Looks right.
Fit+ opens the page once to read the recipe. Nothing is saved until you save it. It only works with public web pages.

Name it and say how many servings it makes
Type the Recipe name and set Makes. Add a Source link if it came from somewhere, and choose the meal it's Usually eaten at, or Any meal.

Add the steps if you like

Select Save recipe
You'll see the whole recipe's numbers as you go, and "Recipe saved" when it's done.
Log a recipe
Open the recipe
Select it on Recipes. You'll see the numbers for one serving, the ingredients and the method. If you added it from a link, select Original recipe on and the site's name to open the source page.
Choose your servings and the meal
Under Log this recipe, set the Servings you had and the Meal.
Select Log
The button sums it up, for example Log 1 serving to dinner. It logs as one entry with the numbers for your servings. You can change it in your diary afterwards.
