Take progress photos
Keep private progress photos by pose, compare a before and after with a slider and delete photos you don't want to keep.
Progress photos show changes the scale and tape measure can miss. Fit+ keeps them by pose, so you can compare like with like.
Your progress photos are only ever visible to you. Coaches, nutritionists and gyms can't see them, even if you share your other data with them.
Open your progress photos
Tap Me, then My health, then Progress photos.
Take your first photo
Tap Take a photo to use your camera, or Choose from library to pick a photo you already have.
If you take a photo, allow Fit+ to use your camera when your phone asks.
Your first photo is saved as a Front photo. For the best comparison, use the same spot and the same light every few weeks.
Add more photos
Choose the pose at the top: Front, Side, Back or Other.
Tap Add at the top right (or Add a and the pose's name, if you don't have a photo of that pose yet).
Tap Take a photo or Choose from library.
Fit+ accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC photos up to 15 MB. Each photo shows the date it was added and your weight at the time, if you logged one.
Compare before and after
Once you have two or more photos of a pose, Fit+ shows them side by side with a slider: your first photo on one side and your latest on the other. Drag the slider to compare.
To compare with a different photo:
Under Timeline, tap the photo you want to compare.
Tap Compare with the latest.
Delete a photo
Under Timeline, tap the photo.
Tap Delete photo, then confirm with Delete photo.
The photo is removed from your timeline and from your private storage. This can't be undone.
