Delete your account

Delete your Fit+ account and its data on the website, in the app or by email, and what Fit+ keeps afterwards.

You can delete your Fit+ account at any time. You don't need the app installed: the Delete your Fit+ account page on the website works on its own.

Deleting your account can't be undone. Want a copy of your data first? Export your data before you start.

Delete it on the website

Read the summary, tick I understand this can't be undone., then select Delete my account. Select Keep my account if you change your mind.

You'll see Your account was deleted and you're signed out.

Delete it in the app or by email

  • In the app: tap Me, then the gear button for Settings, then Security, then Delete account at the bottom.
  • By email: write to the Fit+ team from the email address you use for Fit+ and ask them to delete your account. See Getting help. They may reply to check it's you, and they finish within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your profile, workouts, plans, routines, meals, body measurements, progress photos, health data, messages, community posts, bookings and settings. Coaches, nutritionists and gyms lose access straight away.

What's kept

  • Payment records for gym memberships, without your name or email, because the law requires them.
  • Classes and plans you made as gym staff stay with the gym, so other members keep their bookings.

The page lists everything that's kept and for how long.
