Your workout history
Look back at every finished workout as a list or a calendar, open one to see every set, repeat it, edit it or delete it.
History keeps every workout you've finished, newest first. Open one to see every set, start it again, or fix a mistake.
To open it, select Training in the sidebar, then History. You can also select View all history under Recent workouts.
List or calendar
Use the switch at the top to choose how you see your workouts:
- List: your workouts grouped by week, with each week's number of workouts and how much you lifted. Each workout shows its time, volume or distance, and a PR badge when you set a personal record.
- Calendar: one month at a time, with each training day marked by workout type (Strength, Run or Mobility). Below it you'll see the month's Workouts, Training time and total lifted. Use the arrows to move between months.
Weights and distances show in your units. Change them on your Profile.
See a workout
Select a workout to open it. You'll see:
- Where it came from, for example your coach's program.
- Time, total volume, Sets and PRs.
- Every exercise with each set's weight and reps. Warm-up sets are marked W and don't count towards your volume. Drop sets, AMRAP sets and sets to failure are labelled.
- Your notes, if you added any.
Repeat it
If the workout came from a program or routine, select Start again under Repeat this workout to do it again. Nothing is saved until you log a set. See Start a workout.
Edit a workout
Logged the wrong weight, or forgot a set?
Open the workout and select Edit
Edit workout opens.
Change the details
You can change the Workout name, Date, Start time, Duration in minutes and Notes.
Fix the sets
For each set, change the type (warm-up, working set, drop set, AMRAP or to failure), the weight in your units, the reps or seconds, and the effort (Easy, Good, Hard, Max or No rating). Select Add set to add one. Use the remove button to take a set out, and Undo if you change your mind.
Add a movement if you forgot one
Type its name in Add a movement and select Add movement.
Select Save changes
You'll see "Workout updated". Your volume, records and streak are worked out again. If you share your workouts with a coach, they see the change.
Delete a workout
Open the workout, select Edit, then Delete workout
You'll be asked "Delete this workout?" with what it affects. If the workout holds a personal record, you'll see that it goes too.
Select Delete workout
The workout leaves your history and stats, and your coach's view if you share with them. Select Undo straight away to put it back, or Keep it to cancel.
