Check your muscle volume
See how many working sets each muscle got over the last week or four weeks, against the range most people grow from.
Muscle volume shows how many working sets each muscle group got, on a body map and as a list. Each muscle has a weekly range most people grow from, so you can see which muscles need more work.
Open muscle volume
Tap Me, then Achievements.
Tap the Records tab.
Under Progress, tap Muscle volume.
At the top, choose Last 7 days or Last 4 weeks. With Last 4 weeks, you see your average sets a week.
What you see
- A body map, from the Front and the Back. The stronger the colour, the more sets that muscle got.
- Sets vs the growth range: a row for each muscle group with its sets. The outlined box is the range most people grow from. A muscle below its range is marked low.
- Under the list, the muscles that are below their range.
| Muscle group | Growth range (working sets a week) |
|---|---|
| Quads | 10 to 16 |
| Glutes | 10 to 16 |
| Hamstrings | 8 to 14 |
| Back | 12 to 18 |
| Chest | 10 to 16 |
| Shoulders | 8 to 14 |
| Arms | 8 to 14 |
| Core | 6 to 12 |
| Calves | 6 to 12 |
Calves only show once you've trained them.
How sets are counted
- Only working strength sets count. Warm-up sets and cardio don't.
- A set counts in full for each muscle the move mainly works, and as half a set for each muscle it also works. The main and other muscles come from the exercise's details in the exercise library.
Fill a gap
If some muscles are below their range and a session in your plan this week trains them, a Start button names that session. Tap it to start the session.
If you haven't logged a strength workout yet, you see No strength sets yet. Tap Go to Train to find a workout.
