Read your progress charts

Follow your weekly training volume, how often you train against your goal and the estimated one-rep max of your main lifts.

The progress charts show how your training adds up over weeks and months: how much you lift, how often you train and how strong you're getting on your main lifts.

Open your progress charts

Tap Me, then Achievements.

Tap the Records tab.

Under Progress, tap Progress charts.

At the top, choose how far back to look: 4 weeks, 3 months, 1 year or All. The charts open on 3 months.

Weekly volume

Volume is the total weight you lifted: the weight times the reps of every working set. Warm-up sets, timed moves and sets without weight don't count. It's shown in your units.

  • The big number is last week's volume, with how it compares with your average over the weeks before.
  • The bars show each week. With 1 year or All, they show each month instead.

Workouts per week

A grid of the last 12 weeks shows how many workouts you finished each week, against your Goal. Your goal is the number of training days in your current plan, or 3 a week if you don't follow a plan.

Estimated 1-rep max

A line for each of your main lifts (the weighted moves you do most often, up to three) shows your estimated one-rep max: the most you could likely lift once, worked out from the weight and reps of your best set each week.

Tap a lift's name under the chart to see its estimated max and your best sets, with their dates.

If the charts are empty

  • No workouts yet: finish a workout and your volume, workouts per week and lifts show here.
  • "Log a weighted lift and its estimated max shows here" means you haven't logged a set with weight yet.
  • If you see "Couldn't load your progress", check your connection and tap Retry.
