Edit or delete a past workout

Fix the date, length, sets, reps and weights of a workout you already saved, add a move you forgot, or delete the workout.

Logged the wrong weight, or forgot to log a move? You can change a finished workout at any time, or delete it from your history.

Edit a past workout

Open Train, tap Workout history and tap the workout. See See your workout history.

Tap Edit at the top. The Edit workout screen opens.

Tap Date to change the day and time you trained, or Duration to change how long it took.

Tap an exercise to open its sets. Each set shows its Set number, the weight (in your unit, kg or lb), Reps and Effort.

Make your changes:

  • Tap a set to change its weight, reps, How hard was it? (Easy, Good, Hard or Max) and Set type (Warm-up, Working, Drop, AMRAP or Failure). Tap Save changes, or Delete this set to remove it.
  • Tap Add set to add another set like the last one.
  • Tap the x next to an exercise's name to remove the whole exercise.
  • Tap Add exercise to add a move you forgot, from the exercise library.

Tap Save changes. You see "Workout updated".

Deleted a set or exercise by mistake? Tap Undo on the message straight away.

Your volume, records and streak are worked out again when you save. If you share your workouts with a coach, they see the change too.

A workout needs at least one set. If you'd remove the last one, delete the workout instead.

Fix a set during a workout

You don't have to wait until the end. In the workout player, tap a ticked set dot to open that set, change the weight, reps, effort or set type, and tap Save changes. Tap Delete this set to remove it, with Undo on the message. See Do a workout.

Delete a workout

Open the workout from Workout history and tap Edit.

Scroll down and tap Delete workout.

Fit+ asks Delete this workout? and tells you what goes with it, such as a record you set in that workout. Tap Delete workout to confirm, or Keep it.

The workout leaves your history and your stats. If a coach can see your workouts, it leaves their view too.
