Browse the exercise library
Look up any published Fit+ exercise with its technique video, steps, cues and safety notes.
The Exercise library holds every published Fit+ exercise. Use it to check how an exercise is done before you put it in a program, or to find the right cues for a client. Many exercises have a technique video with the key points of the movement drawn over it.
Find an exercise
Select Exercise library in the sidebar.
Type a name in Search published exercises. An exercise whose name matches your search exactly comes first.
Choose the Language: English or Arabic.
Select Search library, then Choose next to the exercise you want.
What an exercise shows
- The name, and a Language choice to read it in English or Arabic.
- A technique video, if the exercise has one (see below).
- A description and the numbered steps.
- Cues, Common mistakes, Safety and Programming notes.
- Other variations: select one to open it.
Watch a technique video
The video plays on a loop, without sound. Lines and labels on top of it point out what matters in each part of the movement, and they follow the language you chose.
- Under the video, a bar shows the phases of the movement. Select a phase to jump to it.
- Below the bar you see the current step, for example Step 2 of 4, with its instruction.
- Use the play and pause button in the corner of the video to stop it on a position.
If your device is set to reduce motion, the video doesn't start on its own. Select play when you are ready.
Use it in your programs
When you add an exercise from the Fit+ catalog in the workout builder, or save it to My exercises, it keeps its instructions and media, so your client sees the same guidance in the Fit+ app. See Build a training program and Save your own exercises.
The library only shows published exercises. If it says no published exercises match, try another name or the other language. New exercises appear once the Fit+ team has reviewed them.
Technique videos are being added over time. Exercises without one show their steps, cues and safety notes.
Yes. In the Fit+ app, select your picture on Home, then Exercise library. Exercises with a technique video show it at the top.
