App or website: which should I use?

What the Fit+ app and the Fit+ website are each best for, so you know where to go for each task.

You can use both. They share one account, so a workout, meal, booking or message you add in one appears in the other. The short answer: use the app when you're training, eating or on the move, and the website when you want a bigger screen to plan, review and manage.

Use the website for

  • Reading your coach's program in full before a session.
  • Building your own routines and exercises on a big screen.
  • Reviewing your workout history, calendar, progress charts and badges, and fixing a past workout.
  • Catching up on your food diary, saving meals and recipes, and adding a recipe from a link.
  • Setting your nutrition goal and answering your weekly check-in.
  • Bringing your history from Strong, Hevy or MyFitnessPal, and exporting your data.
  • Browsing coaches and nutritionists and sending a booking request.
  • Longer conversations with your coach, including photos and voice notes.
  • Checking and changing who can see your data.

Use the app for

  • Training with timers. The app's workout player has a rest timer and voice coaching, works without an internet connection, and works with Apple Watch.
  • Connecting your health data. Apple Health, Health Connect and WHOOP are connected in the app. The website then shows those readings.
  • Food logging with your camera. Snap a photo of a meal or scan a barcode.
  • Gyms. Join a gym with a code and show your check-in pass at the door.
  • Fit+ Pro, your subscription.
  • Phone settings. Your profile photo, notifications and reminders. Units, exporting your data and deleting your account work on the website too.
  • Community extras. Cheering and replying to posts, groups, ranks and articles.
  • Answering a new time your coach proposes for a booking.
  • Help center. Message the Fit+ support team from Me, then Settings, then Help center.

Signed up in the app with Google or Apple? You can still use the website. Sign in with an email link, or set a password with Forgot password.
