Your own exercises
Add exercises the Fit+ catalog doesn't have, and save the sets, reps, weight and rest an exercise starts with when you add it to a routine.
My exercises holds two things: exercises you made yourself, and the defaults an exercise starts with whenever you add it to a routine. Only you can see them.
To open it, select Training in the sidebar, then My routines, then My exercises.
Add an exercise of your own
Missing a move from the Fit+ catalog, like a landmine press or a machine at your gym? Add it yourself.
Select New exercise
New exercise opens.
Name it
Type it in Name. Each of your exercises needs its own name.
Choose what you track
Under What you track, pick Weight × reps, Reps only, Time or Distance.
Add the details if you like
Choose the Equipment, the Main muscles and what it Also works, and add Notes and cues to remember your setup.
Select Save exercise
You'll see "Exercise saved". It's ready to add to a routine with Add exercise, then From My exercises.
Your own exercises count towards muscle volume and records on Progress, just like Fit+ exercises.
Save defaults for an exercise
Defaults are what an exercise starts with when you add it to a routine. You can still change any set in the routine itself.
Open the defaults
For one of your own exercises, select Defaults next to it. For a Fit+ exercise, select Set defaults for a Fit+ exercise under Defaults for Fit+ exercises and choose it. You can also open an exercise's menu in the routine builder and choose Exercise defaults.
Fill in what you want
Choose What you track, then the Sets, Reps (or a Rep range), the Starting weight in your units, the Rest between sets, a Target effort (Easy, Good, Hard or Max) and the Equipment. Your best estimated one-rep max is shown as a guide when Fit+ has one.
Choose about warm-up sets
Warm-up sets are off unless you turn them on. When on, a lighter first set is added each time you put this exercise in a routine.
Select Save defaults
You'll see "Defaults saved". Select Clear next to a Fit+ exercise to remove its defaults.
Archive an exercise
Open the exercise's menu and choose Archive. It moves to Archived with its history, and you can Restore it at any time. Select Edit in the same menu to change its name or details.

No. Your own exercises are only for you. If you share your Workouts, your coach sees the workouts you did with them, like any other workout.
