See your progress

Follow your weekly volume, workouts per week and estimated maxes, check which muscles you train enough, and share your weekly report with your coach.

Progress shows what your finished workouts add up to: charts over time, how much each muscle group trains, and a report for every week. Warm-up sets never count.

Select Progress in the sidebar to open it. You can also select Progress on Training or History.

Use the switch at the top to choose Charts, Muscle volume or Weekly report.

Charts

Choose how far back to look: 4 weeks, 3 months, 1 year or All.

  • Weekly volume: how much you lifted each week, in your units, and how this week compares with your average.
  • Workouts per week: how often you trained. If your coach's program sets training days, you'll see the goal.
  • Estimated 1-rep max: for each lift, an estimate of the most you could lift once, worked out from your heaviest working set each session. Log a lift with a weight to see one.

Muscle volume

See how many working sets each muscle group got: Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Back, Chest, Shoulders, Arms and Core. Choose Last 7 days, or Last 4 weeks for a weekly average.

The outlined box on each bar is the range most people grow from. Muscle groups below it are marked low, so you know what to train next.

Weekly report

One page for each week. Use the arrows to go to the Previous week or Next week.

  • Workouts, the total lifted compared with your usual week, New records, and your weight trend if you weighed in around that week.
  • Highlights: new personal records, how many days you hit your protein target, and your average sleep.
  • This week: muscle groups that were below range, so your next session can cover them.

Only you see this report until you share it. Sleep and protein only appear from data you logged or brought in yourself.

Share a week with your coach

Open the week

On Weekly report, go to the finished week you want to share.

Choose who to send it to

Under Share with your coach, pick the person in Send to. Only professionals you already share your Workouts with are listed.

Add a note if you like

Type it in Note. They see it above the report.

Select Share week

You'll see "Week shared". They can open it from your profile. Sharing the same week again updates their copy.

Your training and records always go with the report. Your weight, nutrition and sleep only go if you already share them with that person on Data sharing.

Take a report back

Under Sent, select Stop sharing next to the person, then Take back. They no longer see that week.
