Your training
See your coach's programs and your own routines, open your workout history, and record a workout you already did.
The Training page brings together everything about your workouts: the programs your coach wrote for you, the routines you built yourself, your recent workouts, and a quick form to record a workout you did on your own.
Select Training in the sidebar to open it. The buttons at the top take you to My routines, History and Progress.
What you'll see
- Your next session: a workout in progress with Resume session, or today's program (or your current one) with Start session.
- Your programs: every program your coach assigned.
- My routines: up to four of the routines you built, each with a Start button. Select All routines to see the rest.
- Recent workouts: your last five finished workouts. Select View all history for every workout.
- Log a completed workout: a short form for a workout you did without logging it live.
See your programs
Under Your programs you'll find every program your coach assigned. Each one shows its sport, level and length, and every exercise in the blocks your coach set up, with sets, reps or time, weight and rest.
Your current program has a Start this program button. See Start a workout.
Programs are written by your coach, and you see them exactly as they wrote them. To get one, find a coach and share your workouts with them. Want to plan your own sessions as well? Build a routine. A coach's program always comes first on this page.
Look back at your workouts
Recent workouts lists your latest finished workouts, newest first, with the number of sets, minutes and any records you set. Select a workout to see every set, edit it or delete it. See Your workout history.
Workouts you recorded from memory are marked "Entered afterwards", so your coach can tell them apart from sets you logged live.
Record a workout you already did
Went for a session on your own, or forgot to log as you went? Add it afterwards under Log a completed workout.
Name the workout
Type it in Workout name, for example "Morning run" or "Leg day".
Add the exercise
Type the exercise name in Exercise, then how many Completed sets you did and the Reps per set.
Add the weight
Enter the weight in kilograms. Use 0 for bodyweight exercises.
Add how long it took and how hard it felt
Enter the Duration in minutes and your Effort from 1 to 10.
Add notes if you like
Type anything you want to remember, or tell your coach, in Workout notes.
Select Save workout
The workout appears in Recent workouts, on Today, on your Profile and counts towards your Achievements.
You can record one exercise per workout this way. Sets are worked out from the totals you entered, so they're an estimate. To fix the details afterwards, open the workout and select Edit. For a set-by-set record, log your sets as you train.
What happens next
Your coach sees the workout if you share your Workouts with them. Nobody else does.
