See your weight trend and nutrients

Follow your smoothed weight trend over time, and see a day's nutrients, including fibre, sodium, sugar and saturated fat, against your targets.

Fuel can show you more than today's calories. Your weight trend shows where your weight is really heading, and the nutrients view shows everything a day's food adds up to.

See your weight trend

On Fuel, tap the Weight tile (not the +).

Pick a range at the top: 1M, 3M, 6M or 1Y.

The chart shows each weigh-in as a dot, with your Trend as an orange line through them. Above the chart you'll see your trend weight and how fast it's moving, for example "-0.35 kg a week".

Under Last 7 days you'll find each weigh-in this week next to its trend.

To add a weight, tap + at the top. See Add a health reading.

Daily weigh-ins jump around with water and food. The trend smooths them out, so one heavy morning doesn't mean you gained fat. Your goal and weekly check-in use the trend, not single weigh-ins.

Weights show in your units (kg or lb). Add your weight a few mornings a week for a steady trend. Until you have a few weigh-ins, Fit+ can't show your rate yet.

See a day's nutrients

On Fuel, tap the calories card (or Eaten today if you don't follow a plan).

Tap a day in the week strip to see another day.

Nutrients shows two groups:

  • Macros: Protein, Carbs, Fat and Fibre, each against your target.
  • Keep an eye on: Sodium, Added sugar (or Sugars, when your foods only list total sugar) and Saturated fat, against a daily limit. Fit+ tells you which food gave you the most sodium.

Where your plan or goal sets a figure, Fit+ uses it. Where it doesn't, fibre and the limits follow general guidelines.

Numbers are only as good as the foods you log. Some foods don't list every nutrient, so your real amounts may be higher. If none of the day's foods list a nutrient, it shows No data from these foods.
