Programs, nutrition and community

How training programs, nutrition plans and your gym's community work for your members, and who looks after each.

Your members get more from Fit+ than a check-in pass. Coaches on your team can give them training programs, nutritionists can give them meal plans, and your gym has its own community in the app. This page explains who does what.

Training programs

  • Coaches on your team build training programs and assign them to their clients in Fit+ Pro.
  • A coach can only do this for members who chose to share their workouts with that coach.
  • Linking your equipment to the Fit+ catalog on Venue & equipment helps coaches build programs around what your gym actually has. See Set up your venue.

To help your coaches get started, invite them to your team. See Invite and manage your team.

Nutrition

  • Nutritionists on your team write meal plans and targets for their clients in Fit+ Pro.
  • A nutritionist only sees a member's food diary when that member chooses to share it with them.
  • Running the gym doesn't give you access to anyone's food diary or nutrition plan. See What you can see about your members.

No nutritionist yet? Invite one from Team and tick Nutritionist.

Community

  • Your gym has its own space in the Community tab of the Fit+ app, where your members post, like and comment.
  • People who belong to more than one gym or club can switch between them.

Gym management doesn't have pages for programs, nutrition or community yet. Your coaches and nutritionists handle programs and meal plans in Fit+ Pro, and your members use the community in the Fit+ app.
