Your dashboard
See your week, today's workout, your key numbers and your next booking on the Today page.
Today is your home page on the web. It shows how your week is going and gives you one clear next step, whether that's starting your coach's workout or recording one you did on your own.
To open it, select Today at the top of the sidebar. It's also where you land after signing in.
What you'll see
Your week
A strip of the seven days of this week. Each day with a finished workout is marked, so you can see your consistency at a glance.
Your next step
One main card, depending on where you are:
| If... | You'll see | Select |
|---|---|---|
| You have a workout in progress | The workout and how many sets you've logged | Resume session |
| Your coach assigned a program | Today's workout, or your current program, with how many exercises and minutes | Start session, or View the full program |
| You don't have a program yet | A reminder that a coach assigns programs, and that you can record your own workouts | Record a workout |
See Start a workout and Record a workout you already did.
Three numbers
- This week: days you trained. If your program sets a number of days a week, a bar shows your progress.
- Protein today: grams of protein in today's food diary. If your nutrition plan sets a protein target, a bar shows how close you are. Select Open nutrition to log more.
- Completed workouts: every workout you've finished on Fit+.
Progress bars only appear when your coach or nutritionist set a real target. Fit+ doesn't make up goals for you.

Common questions
Refresh the page. Workouts saved in the app show up on the web as soon as they're saved.
Programs come from a coach. Find a coach and share your Workouts with them so they can build one for you. Until then, build a routine of your own or record a workout you already did.
Select Try again. If it keeps happening, check your internet connection.
